Can somebody please explain to me why the Cowboys are constantly wishy-washy when it comes to fourth-rounder Tashard Choice? I mean give the kid a chance, last week against the Redskins the he had ONE freakin carry, Choice has 72 yards on 13 carries. We all know that Marion "The Barbarian" Barber is a killer when it comes to the running back position, but the one thing that I would hate to see is Marion going down to an injury. I'm sure it would be the whole quarterback scenario
re-winded all over again. So now with the season ending injury placing running back Felix Jones on injured reserve, the Cowboys are now considering bringing Alonzo Coleman off the practice squad or even signing some other back from elsewhere. Not literally but you know. Now once again "The Barbarian" will continue carrying the load.

Choice should get more carries. I think don't think its his physical abilities that limit him but his knowledge. He's been in camp since day one and has performed descent when given opportunities to carry. Can he pick up the right person when blitzes are on? Is he running routes correctly? Does his mental ability match his physical ability?
Sounds like another Tyson Thompson to me
Tyson played against lesser competition in college. At least Choice did his work against better athletes in the ACC but not much better! Choice seems have better instincts plus his base is lower so he's less probe to take big hits and fumble. Tyson just doesn't have a pro game. Choice controls his own destiny. The off season is key to success.
